- Façade conceptualizes as a blend of the tranquility of the site and create a strong exterior volumes which makes a bold statement by using an introverted and cubicle form.
- It creates privacy from outside to inside and shows the green layer on the frontage. The façade finishes used are minimal and elegant looking.
- Concrete finishes have been used on floors and walls to achieve seamless finish on the surfaces with Matt finish mostly to absorb the lighting and their reflections.
