- Design notion is to focus on sustainability. It’s built using material that have minimum impact on the environment, which could be locally sourced or recycled, among other options is the narrative of the nature and its relationship with architecture
- The house is green not only in design and spirit, but also in its operation. Contrary to resisting the elements of nature, the house pursues this idea of when the building stops, nature takes over.
- The plants completely take over the periphery of the frontage, providing a lush green façade
- While the Interior details like the wood cladding in the ceiling, Marble finish on the floor, and Metal details on walls have given the natural and earthy look to the spaces
